It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Cluj-Napoca for the annual edition of the International Shoulder Meeting of the Romanian Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SRCUC). It is the second time this scientific event takes place in the beautiful city of Cluj; the previous event was held in 2019 and it was a success. Let’s make it happen again.
For this year the meeting will cover all the important topics around the shoulder, including fractures, arthroscopy and replacement, and is based on case discussions, lectures, surgical technique videos and panel discussions.
The outstanding international experts, together with the national faculty and all the delegates will make this shoulder meeting a great event both scientifically and socially.
