Timisoara
Dr. Horia Haragus is a general orthopedics surgeon, working at a level one regional trauma center, the Emergency Clinical County Hospital ‘Pius Brinzeu’ in Timisoara. Our hospital is the main health care provider in the western part of Romania. The orthopedics department performs many surgical procedures, taking care of over half a million residents. In addition to his clinical practice, he is also an assistant professor of orthopedics, affiliated with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy ‘Victor Babes’ in Timisoara. He has a special interest in clinical research, sports medicine with a special focus on shoulder surgery. Since 2015 he has been part of the AAOS-Romania Shoulder Program as regional faculty.
